This week, NAIFA-Colorado hosted its 2023 State Conference. The action-packed program featured inspiring talks from NAIFA President Bryon Holz, INVI MindHealth Founder and CEO Jonathan Wilson, inspirational speaker Corey Ciocchetti, Sales Activity Management, Inc., CEO Mickey Straub, and bestselling author and behavioral finance expert Joe Jordan.

The First Regular Session of Colorado’s 73rd General Assembly ended Tuesday, June 8, 2021. The legislature introduced 627 pieces of legislation and 80% of those introduced bills passed and will be up for action by the Governor.

NAIFA-Colorado is asking state lawmakers to oppose a bill intended to address inappropriate discrimination in insurance practices, and that would actually stifle innovation by preventing insurers from using third-party site data to determine insurance premiums. The bill, SB 169, would have unintended consequences of restricting access to financial protection and work against life insurance customers.

Kevin Quinn started his career with Paul Revere as a Disability Insurance claims analyst.  He quickly saw the tremendous need for income protection and developed a passion for helping others see the importance of protecting ones financial foundation. He became a brokerage sales consultant and then manager for Paul Revere in Columbus, OH.

He is also long time NAIFA member and avid supporter.  Kevin is past president of NAIFA Columbus in 2001-02 and was given their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007.  His topic for our webinar is “I Owe You a Conversation”.
